The short version: we collect what you type into our contact form, we use it to reply to you, and that’s it.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form, you give us your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to add — company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, what you’re looking for, and your message.
We use it for one thing: answering you, and getting your enquiry to the right person. We don’t sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email at info@gypsumkings.co.tz. It also passes through Netlify, the service that hosts this website and its form — they store form submissions on our behalf so nothing gets lost.
How long we keep it
As long as we’re talking, and as long as normal business records need. If you’d like what we hold about you corrected or deleted, email us at the address above and we’ll sort it.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set cookies. No analytics, no trackers, no pop-up asking you to accept them.
One honest exception: the map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect data under Google’s privacy policy. If you’d rather not, don’t use the map — the address is written right next to it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
One email to info@gypsumkings.co.tz does any of the three. We handle personal data in line with Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Act, 2022.
